The thesis examines the place of artificial intelligence in twenty-first century education and its relationship with current pedagogical trends. Personalised learning, formative assessment, competency-based instruction and the changing professional role of the teacher are analysed with reference to international frameworks and recent research. Teaching strategies that combine AI tools with active learning are proposed, and the ethical and methodological conditions for their use in schools and universities of Uzbekistan are outlined.
