Abstract
In the current global economic environment, ensuring sustainable economic growth, increasing employment, and expanding the production of high value-added products are among the top priorities for governments. In particular, attracting investments is crucial for modernizing industry, introducing innovative technologies, and establishing competitive production. In this context, special economic zones (SEZs) have been widely used in international practice as a key driver of economic development.
