Abstract

The article comparatively examines discursive strategies in human–artificial intelligence communication using materials from English and Uzbek. It analyzes communicative intention, directiveness, politeness, contextual specificity, forms of address, and pragmatic adaptation. The findings reveal shared and language-specific patterns in AI-mediated interaction, demonstrating how linguistic and cultural factors shape user prompts, interactional choices and interpretations within human–AI discourse. This approach clarifies patterns in contemporary digital discourse.
