Abstract
In today’s climate of globalization and intensifying international competition, investments constitute one of the most critical factors ensuring the sustainable development of a nation's economy. The economic potential, production capacities, level of innovative development, and international competitiveness of any state depend largely on the efficiency with which investment processes are organized. Beyond channeling additional financial resources into the economy, investments enable the creation of new production facilities, the modernization of existing enterprises, the adoption of advanced technologies, and the generation of new employment opportunities. Consequently, increasing investment volumes and optimizing their deployment are viewed as strategic priorities within state economic policy.
