Abstract
Sustainable development of enterprises is one of the key conditions for ensuring long-term economic growth, competitiveness, and stability in a rapidly changing business environment. Modern enterprises face numerous challenges, including financial uncertainty, increasing competition, technological transformation, resource constraints, environmental requirements, and changing consumer expectations. In such conditions, sustainable development requires an integrated approach that combines financial stability, effective resource management, innovation, digital transformation, social responsibility, and environmental sustainability. This thesis examines the major factors influencing sustainable enterprise development and identifies key mechanisms for strengthening long-term business resilience. The study demonstrates that enterprises can improve their sustainability by optimizing financial resources, diversifying sources of financing, introducing innovative technologies, strengthening risk management, developing human capital, and implementing environmentally responsible business practices. The research concludes that sustainable enterprise development should be based on a balance between economic efficiency, social responsibility, and environmental protection.
