Abstract
The article examines the changes in art and culture—specifically in theater—driven by the political processes of the 1980s and 1990s. It also outlines the establishment, activities, challenges, achievements, and repertoire policy of the "Muloqot" theater studio as a new creative direction. Furthermore, the article highlights the theater troupe’s international tours and explores the themes and essence of its productions.
