Abstract
This article analyzes the political and institutional foundations of the formation of a modern model of public administration in the context of New Uzbekistan. The article also examines the main directions of public administration modernization, including institutional optimization, improving the effectiveness of administrative decisions, introducing digital technologies, improving public services, and strengthening mechanisms of openness and accountability.
