Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the psychophysiological and hygienic aspects of the education and health systems of children and adolescents. The study examines psychophysiological characteristics of the organism during growth and development, including nervous system functioning, mental stability, attention, and age-related changes in work capacity. In addition, hygienic requirements for organizing the educational process—such as academic workload, sanitary and hygienic conditions of the educational environment, daily regimen, nutrition, physical activity, and rest—and their impact on health are scientifically substantiated. The paper presents scientific conclusions and practical recommendations aimed at creating a healthy environment in educational institutions, protecting the health of children and adolescents, and organizing the educational process in accordance with their psychophysiological capacities.
