Abstract
In the current socio-legal management environment, the professional activities of justice officials require a high level of responsibility, legal clarity, objectivity, effective communication with citizens and organizations, and the ability to make rational decisions in complex socio-psychological situations. An employee's professional competence is determined not only by legal knowledge and practical skills but also by their ability to manage their emotional state, understand the emotional state of others, and maintain psychological stability in conflict situations.
