Abstract
This article presents the results of experimental research aimed at developing students' educational competencies in digital culture and information security. The study evaluates the effectiveness of an educational intervention based on innovative pedagogical methods, digital technologies, project-based learning, case studies, and interactive training activities. Particular attention is given to assessing changes in students' digital literacy, media and information literacy, cybersecurity awareness, digital ethics, and responsible online behavior before and after the implementation of the experimental program. The findings confirm that the proposed pedagogical model significantly improves students' educational competencies and contributes to the creation of a safe and responsible digital learning environment.
